Questions, answered.
Straight answers to what Australian business owners ask us before anything else.
Ask us directly. A short conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Ask us a questionWe are not sure what AI could do for us. Where do we start?
With the one thing that costs you the most time, money or worry. You do not need to know which AI tool fits; that is our job. Try the four question check above for a starting point in twenty seconds, take the free AI Opportunity Audit for a fuller picture in fifteen minutes, or simply talk it through with us. Each one ends with something specific you could do next.
What kind of work suits AI best?
Work that happens often, follows a pattern and involves reading or writing: answering enquiries, drafting quotes, entering invoices, chasing follow ups, writing content, summarising documents. Work that needs judgement, relationships or a licence stays with your people; AI does the preparation so they spend their time on the part that matters.
What does it cost?
The four question check, the AI Opportunity Audit, the first conversation and the written scope cost nothing. After that, every piece of work is a fixed fee, written on a one page scope before anything starts, so you know the full price up front. The fee depends on the job, not an hourly rate, and if you start with a pilot, its fee comes off the cost of the full build when you go ahead within ninety days. Ongoing support is monthly, with a month’s notice to end it.
How quickly will we see something working?
The written scope arrives within three business days of the first conversation. A pilot runs for two to six weeks on your real work, and you see the result against the number we agreed at the start. Most of the setting up is ours; your part is the conversation, a sign off and an hour or two of feedback along the way.
Do we need technical staff, or new software?
No. We build inside the tools you already use, such as your email, accounting software, CRM and job management system, handle the set up, and train the people who will use it. You need someone who knows the work, not someone who knows the technology.
Is it safe to use AI with our customer information?
It can be, if it is set up properly. Your data stays in your own systems, names and personal details are removed before anything is sent to an AI model, and we work within your Privacy Act obligations, including the new transparency rules for automated decisions that start on 10 December 2026. For practices that hold client files, ProjxAI Attest keeps a sealed record of what AI did with them.
Will this replace our staff?
That is not how we measure success. We measure response times, mistakes, enquiries and sales. The hours that come back go into the work your people would rather be doing, such as serving customers and winning work, and training is part of every pilot.
Who owns what you build, and what if we stop working with you?
You own all of it from day one: the workflows, settings, documents and data live in your own accounts. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running and stays yours. There is nothing to hand back and no lock in.
Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves?
You should, and we will help your team use it well. The difference is between a tool people try and a process that runs every day: connected to your systems, checked where it matters, measured against a number, and looked after when something changes. That is the part most businesses do not have the time to build themselves.
