Small before big

The right first step is almost always smaller and cheaper than the one you were quoted. A pilot that proves one thing on real work teaches more than a roadmap that promises twelve. We would rather earn the second step than sell it up front.

Your systems stay yours

We build inside the accounting package, the CRM and the inbox you already run, and they stay in charge. Everything we build, configure, write down and measure is yours. Nothing we do should make it harder to leave us.

People are the point

We measure revenue, speed, accuracy and customer outcome, never headcount. Hours that come back go into better work with the people who do it, and training them is part of every build.

Who is behind it.

ProjxAI was founded by Michael Collicoat after a career spent inside Australian digital businesses rather than advising them from outside: production technology first, then general management with profit and loss responsibility, then a decade at the point where marketing, technology and AI meet.

The business exists because too many AI vendors were selling solutions to problems they had never had to solve themselves. ProjxAI solves its own first, then offers what works.

The method, the systems and the record are what a client is buying, and a named person is accountable for every call.
