Services · Coaching for leaders

Lead the change in your business by running AI yourself first.

One on one work with the person who has to make the calls. By the end you have your own AI working environment set up properly, the judgement to know what to trust and what to check, and a twelve week operating plan you run without us. For management teams, the same work as a group so the language and the standards are shared.

What it is

Most owners use AI occasionally and have not built a system. They are the student in the room when a vendor demonstrates, and they cannot tell a good answer from a fluent one. This programme reverses that. You set up your own environment, in your own tools, with your data staying where it is, and you build the daily workflows that give you your time back: the inbox, meeting preparation and follow through, the weekly intelligence brief, the recurring communication, and a memory layer so you stop briefing the machine from scratch every morning.

The point is not the workflows. It is the judgement that comes from having built them: knowing what to trust, what to check, and how to set the standard for the rest of the business. That is what lets you lead the change rather than buy it.

This is for you if

  • You make the calls and you are still the student when a vendor demonstrates
  • You want your own working environment, not a course
  • You want to set the standard for the rest of the business

Not for you if

  • You want us to run it for you; that is managed operations
  • You want training for the team; that is staff training
  • You cannot give it an hour a week for six weeks

The six foundation weeks

  1. 1 · Week 1

    Discovery and stack review

Your current tools, communication habits and priorities, documented. Everything after this is built for you; there are no generic prompts in the programme.

  2. 2 · Week 2

    Your AI environment

Choose and configure the right setup for your context, whether Claude, ChatGPT or a combination. No data leaves your environment. You leave with a working setup, not a demonstration.

  3. 3 · Week 3

    The inbox

A daily workflow that triages by urgency, surfaces the decisions that need you, and drafts replies in your voice. Most people reclaim thirty to forty five minutes a day here.

  4. 4 · Week 4

    Meetings

Preparation (agenda context, key questions, background) and follow through (actions extracted, decisions logged, follow up drafted). Nothing agreed in a meeting gets lost again.

  5. 5 · Week 5

    Intelligence and communication

A weekly brief that surfaces competitor moves and market signals filtered for your business, and a workflow for the communication you produce on a rhythm: board reports, team updates, client notes.

  6. 6 · Week 6

    Memory and the operating plan

A persistent layer that holds your business context, past decisions and key relationships. You leave with a written twelve week plan and the habit of running it.

In writing, before we start

Three sentences that hold on every engagement. They are the method, written as promises.

Risk threshold

The measure, the budget cap and the point at which we stop are set in the written scope before anything is billed. Nothing moves the goalposts afterwards.

What you own

Everything we build runs in your accounts and is yours: code, configuration, documentation and measurements. We hand over; there is no dependency on us.

If it does not work

If the pilot does not hit the measure we agreed first, we keep working at no further cost until it does, or we stop and say so in writing. You will not be sold the next step by the first one.

Who it is for

Owners and CEOs

  • Running an Australian business of five to a hundred people
  • Using AI occasionally without a system
  • Wanting to be the operator, not the student

General managers and senior leaders

  • Carrying profit and loss responsibility and a heavy communication load
  • Wanting time back without handing business data to a third party app

Leadership teams

  • A shared language and standard for AI across the executive layer
  • Private setup for each person, shared sessions for the method

Not for

  • Anyone who wants us to run it for them; that is managed operations
  • Teams below the leadership layer; that is staff training

What you receive

  • Your own AI working environment, set up properly
  • A decision framework you can explain to others
  • A twelve week operating plan, reviewed with you every fortnight

Questions

Is my data safe?

Your environment is configured so that business data stays in the tools you already trust. Nothing is uploaded to a third party app we run. We work within your Privacy Act 1988 obligations and we will tell you plainly where a tool's terms do not meet them.

How much time does it take each week?

The one hour session and roughly an hour of practice. The workflows pay that back within the first fortnight for most people.

What if I fall behind?

Sessions move to suit you. The programme is paced to a working executive, not a course calendar.

Want to lead this rather than buy it?

A short conversation about how you work now and what you would want back. If the programme is the right shape for you, we say so; if a pilot in the business would do more, we say that instead.

Your one thing, for example

I would like AI to answer after hours calls and book the callback.
