Automation done properly: one workflow, proven, then built to last.

We take the one workflow that costs you the most hours or the most mistakes and automate it with a human check wherever a human check belongs. The pilot runs on your real data against a measure we agree before the first hour is billed. What proves out is built, connected, trained in and kept working.

Pilot

A$2,500 to A$7,500 fixed, two to six weeks, credited against implementation within ninety days.

You receive

A working automation in your systems, the number that proves it, documentation, and a written recommendation: expand, adjust or stop.

Then

Implementation priced per step; managed operations by the month if you want us to keep it running.

What it is

Most businesses do not need new software. They need the repetitive judgement calls made consistently (which quote template, which reply, which category) and the repetitive movement of information done without a person as the courier. That is what we automate, inside the systems you already run, with your systems staying the systems of record.

We do not frame any of it as headcount reduction. The measure is cycle time, error rate, revenue per enquiry or cost per output. Hours that come back are planned into better work with the people who do it, and training them is part of every pilot.

This is for you if

  • You can name the workflow that eats the most time or causes the most mistakes
  • The work already has a process, even if it lives in people’s heads
  • You want the number before you commit to anything larger

Not for you if

  • You want a tool bought and installed without anyone owning the process
  • The task needs a human judgement the law or your client would expect a person to make
  • You are looking for a roadmap of everything rather than one proven result

It moved the number. Built to last, trained in, next step priced on its own.
Stop, and say so
It did not. You hear that in writing with the number, and you have spent a small fixed fee.

How it runs

  1. 1 · no charge

    Scope

The one workflow, the measure, the fee and the kill criterion on one page. Yours to take anywhere.

  2. 2 · 2 to 6 weeks

    Pilot

Built small on your real data with a human check at every point that matters. Measured against the number we agreed, in your systems.

  3. 3 · weeks, not months

    Build

Error handling, logging, documentation and a training session with the people who will run it. A handover you could give to anyone.

  4. 4 · monthly, optional

    Operate

Monitoring, model and vendor changes, cost control, a monthly page and one improvement a month.

In writing, before we start

Three sentences that hold on every engagement. They are the method, written as promises.

Risk threshold

The measure, the budget cap and the point at which we stop are set in the written scope before anything is billed. Nothing moves the goalposts afterwards.

What you own

Everything we build runs in your accounts and is yours: code, configuration, documentation and measurements. We hand over; there is no dependency on us.

If it does not work

If the pilot does not hit the measure we agreed first, we keep working at no further cost until it does, or we stop and say so in writing. You will not be sold the next step by the first one.

Typical first pilots

  • Enquiry intake to a tracked pipeline with follow up reminders
  • Quote assembly from templates and past jobs
  • Document reading with validation before anything is written to a system
  • Won job to invoice without re entry

What we say no to

  • Removing a human check the law or a client would expect
  • Automating a process nobody has written down yet; that is a scoping conversation first
  • Anything whose only measure is staff hours

Questions

Which tools do you use?

Whatever fits your systems and budget, chosen for each job and explained. We carry no vendor incentives. Where a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace feature you already pay for does the job, we say so.

How is the fee set?

From the scope: the workflow, the systems involved and the checks needed. The band is A$2,500 to A$7,500; most first pilots sit in the lower half. The quote is fixed in writing before work starts.

What if the pilot fails?

You hear that in writing, with the number. We either keep working at no further cost until the measure is met or we stop and say so. You have spent a small fixed fee rather than a year.

Which workflow costs you the most?

Name it in a sentence. We will tell you whether it is a pilot, and if it is, the scope comes back within three business days at no charge.
