What we've built

Everything here is running, and we are the first client of all of it.

The systems ProjxAI runs and the work it has delivered, described as built. The rule on this page: no invented numbers, no unnamed claim dressed as a named one, and the working shown. Where a client cannot be named, we say so.

Client work

One engagement so far, delivered through the systems below. The client’s name is withheld by agreement; the figures are from our own records and the working is shown.

Nutrition practice · sole practitioner · Queensland · from June 2026
Before

A new practice with a brief for an app, no published content, no publishing routine, and a decision about whether to build the app at all.

What we did first

A governed verdict on the app decision: criteria signed, five models under opposing roles, cross examined, a person accountable. The panel returned FIX: prove demand and re sequence before writing code. The client took it.

What runs now

The content engine, the client portal, four approved editorial themes with a target mix, a review gate, and unattended publishing every five days to the practice’s own website.

After

Twenty articles live across four themes. The first sixteen cost A$4.29 in total to draft: sixteen articles at roughly twenty seven cents each in model time, before review. Publishing has run unattended since 16 August.

What stayed human

The client’s own brief outranks anything we generate. Theme definitions were proposed by us and approved by the client’s operator one at a time. Every article passed a review gate before it was published; the review policy can be tightened per channel at any time.

Client name withheld by agreement. A second, named entry will appear here when a client gives written permission; nothing on this page is an anonymised claim dressed as a named one.

Systems we run

Six systems, each running on ProjxAI before it was offered to anyone else. Status is stated as it is, including what is not built.

01 · Live on a client

The content engine

Since August 2026

Turns an approved editorial theme into a published article: an idea queue, drafting from the client’s own brief and facts, a review gate before anything is published, a calendar the client controls, and a results page. Runs unattended on a schedule once the client has switched publishing to automatic.

Twenty articles live for one client, publishing every five days; twenty eight for ProjxAI’s own site. The first sixteen client articles cost A$4.29 in total to draft.

Built with control
  • Review gate before publish
  • Client brief outranks generated ideas
  • Approval record with a content hash
  • Themes govern only when approved
02 · Live

The client portal

Since August 2026

What a client sees at app.projxai.com.au: their home, content library, calendar, publishing controls and results, on one address per client. Every screen is a projection of the record with an allowlist; nothing renders that was not permitted to.

One client workspace in daily use. Editing, choosing a photograph, showcasing an article and requesting a change all travel through audited functions, not direct writes.

Built with control
  • Row level security per tenant
  • Browser mutations only through audited RPCs
  • Cost never shown to a client
  • Contract tests on every projection
03 · Live

The Command Centre

Since August 2026

What ProjxAI sees at core.projxai.com.au: every client, the queue, review, publishing settings, theme governance and the run record, in one dark room. A client may propose a theme; only ProjxAI may approve one, and that boundary is enforced in the database.

Every client decision since 22 August has a record: who, what, when. Every schema change arrives as a reviewed migration, and the repository replays all of them on a clean database as a standing gate.

Built with control
  • Approval authority in the database, not the interface
  • Immutable review events
  • Least privilege on every table
  • Every migration replays from scratch
04 · Recorder and Ledger built; Watcher next

ProjxAI Attest

Since September 2026

An accountability record for machines where AI touches real work: what the AI did, on whose instruction, to whose data, and where it went, on a machine configured so the answer exists. Three layers: the Recorder, the Watcher and the Ledger. The artefact is a one page monthly attestation an independent verifier can check without the product present.

Fifty five configuration checks that took its own author’s machine from twenty one failing to zero. A hash chained ledger that four rounds of adversarial review could not alter silently; every finding is a permanent test. 444 tests passing.

Built with control
  • Tamper located, not only detected
  • Standalone verifier, no trust in us required
  • A model can raise a verdict, never lower it
  • Per client compiled, never a public download
05 · Run for real

The Verdict Engine

Since June 2026

The governed decision process behind the Ideas Lab: success criteria, budget cap and kill criteria signed before work starts; a panel of competing frontier models under opposing role contracts; adversarial review with dissent recorded; a person accountable for GO, FIX or STOP; a dated audit trail.

Its first verdict was STOP, to its own founder, on his own project. Its first client run returned FIX with a five seat panel split three to two, and the client took the advice: validate before building.

Built with control
  • Criteria locked before any work
  • Five models, five opposing roles
  • Load bearing claims checked at source
  • Stop the moment the question is answered

The AI Opportunity Audit

Since May 2026

Fourteen questions about how a business actually runs, then a personalised report: readiness score with the breakdown, three named opportunities ranked by impact and effort, a ninety day starting plan and investment estimates sized to the business. Written from the answers, not a template.

Reports generate in about two minutes and arrive by email with a permanent link. The repair itself is a small example of the method: it was broken for three months, measured, fixed, and proven with a report before it was called done.

Built with control
  • No email needed to see the headline result
  • House style applied to every report
  • Failures recorded, not hidden
  • Every figure sized to the answers given

What we have not built yet

Attest’s resident service, the layer that watches a machine live, is the next phase and is not built. Groundwork, our single record of what we know about a business from first conversation to long standing client, has its spine in the database but its research modules are not yet running. The content engine does not yet read a client’s voice and constraints from that record. We have one client and no industry pages, and we will not write an industries series until we have done the work in an industry.

We say this here because the pages that overclaim are the ones this page is meant to be the opposite of. How we work explains why.
