A 90 day plan for AI in your business, written for your business.
Four weeks. We map how the work actually flows, find where AI pays back first, and hand you a plan in plain English: what to do, in what order, what each step costs and should return, and how to bring your team with you. No generic framework.
What it is
Most AI plans are a list of tools. Ours starts with the work: how an enquiry becomes a job, how a job becomes an invoice, where the hours go and where the mistakes happen. Only then do we ask where AI belongs, and the answer is usually smaller and cheaper than the tools list.
Every initiative in the plan carries a cost, an expected return with the working shown, a measure that would prove it, and the order it should run in. The change management section is not an afterthought: it names who does what differently and how they will be trained, because the tool is rarely the reason a rollout fails.
This is for you if
- You want the whole business mapped before choosing a first pilot
- Several people need to agree on the order of work
- You have a budget for the year and want it sequenced
Not for you if
- You already know the one thing; start with a pilot instead
- You want a tools list rather than a plan with costs and returns
- You want it done without your team’s time in weeks one and two
How it runs
- 1 · Weeks 1 to 2
Discovery
Structured sessions with you and the people who do the work, across operations, sales, marketing and admin. We map the processes as they are, not as the org chart says they are.
- 2 · Week 3
Evaluation
Tool options matched to your existing systems and budget, with the reason for each choice and the reason the alternatives were rejected. Business case projections for every initiative, with the working shown.
- 3 · Week 4
The plan
A written 90 day plan with week by week milestones, a sequence that earns each step from the one before, and the team plan. Delivered in a sixty minute walkthrough.
- 4 · Day 30 after delivery
Check in
We come back to see what moved, what did not, and adjust. Included.
In writing, before we start
Three sentences that hold on every engagement. They are the method, written as promises.
The measure, the budget cap and the point at which we stop are set in the written scope before anything is billed. Nothing moves the goalposts afterwards.
Everything we build runs in your accounts and is yours: code, configuration, documentation and measurements. We hand over; there is no dependency on us.
If the pilot does not hit the measure we agreed first, we keep working at no further cost until it does, or we stop and say so in writing. You will not be sold the next step by the first one.
What you receive
- A roadmap: every initiative with its cost, return, measure and sequence
- A process map of the business as we found it
- The first pilot, scoped and priced, ready to start
Questions
Do I need the AI Opportunity Audit first?
No. If you already know where AI can help, the Sprint can start from that point. If you do not, the free Audit is a good fifteen minute way to find out, and the conversation starts from there.
How is this different from the free scoping you offer?
Free scoping covers one thing. The Sprint covers the whole business and sequences everything AI could do into a plan with costs and returns. Many clients do not need it; one pilot at a time is often enough.
What happens after the four weeks?
You own the plan. Some clients run it with their own team. Most move into a paid pilot on the first initiative, with us building and measuring it.
Bring us the one thing you would like AI to do.
Say it in your own words. We come back with it written down: what we would do, what it costs and what it should save. You decide from there.
